SHIPPING TERMS
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email/text notification on the morning of your delivery with a 1 hour delivery window.
If this doesn't work for you, you can request alternative options with Evri directly using your tracking number we provide on your confirmation email/text.
We will do everything on our end to ensure your order is fulfilled correctly. In the event this does not happen, we do not accept any responsibility for consequential costs incurred with our products after the delivery has been made.
Our delivery partners have a very high standards of care and on-time delivery and offer delivery guidelines based on their published recommendations. We are not liable for any delivery issues once the items have left our production facility. We will however do our best to resolve any issues on your behalf.
